Placing an order is easy. There's no need to create an account first. - Finding Items

If you want to order an item, click the "Order" button on the right side of the detail page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "view/modify cart" icon. - Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. - Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. - Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. All items that we carry are in stock unless marked out of stock. The number of days you select is the time it will take to receive your product. Please note this does not include weekends and orders Placed after 12.00 pm Eastern Time will ship the next business day. *Please note that all orders for Intex pool products require 1-3 business days to process in addition to the transportation time you select as your shipping method. *Only select DHL Ground 4-8 business day service for all Intex products. - Enter Your Billing Address
Enter the address that you receive your monthly credit card statements. If this is the same as the address that you want the item shipped to then click "Same" - Enter Your Email address
Without a valid Email address your order can not be processed. We do not sell or give out Email addresses nor will we send you any unsolicited email. We request your Email address in order to contact you in the event we have any questions regarding your order and to Email you confirmation that your product has shipped along with a tracking number and an exact date of expected arrival. - Enter Credit card Information
We accept all major credit cards. Be sure Credit card Type (IE American Express) matches the number you are using. - Review and Place Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment. - Tracking Your Order
Be sure to write down your order # as it is the easiest way for us to locate your order should you have any questions. You will automatically be emailed a tracking number and the carrier that will be shipping your product. You can track your order online with either fedex.com or ups.com, depending on how you product shipped. - All pre-orders are subject to our availability ,Best Toys makes no guarantees of having any of these products available.

All online transactions at the Best Toys web site are handled with industry-standard
SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form,
it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then
decoded when it reaches our destination.
Cancellation policy:
Since we try to ship orders right away, cancellations can only be made within
the hour your order was placed. If you would like to make changes to your order,
please cancel the original order (within the hour) and place a new order. This
leaves less room for mistakes on our end.
Hawaii/Alaska are calculated based on destination and order. We contact you before shipping.
APO/FPO We ship via DHL, we therfore can not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
International orders We do not ship internationally.

You will be refunded for the cost of the product/s only and not the cost of any shipping and handling charges to and from Best Toys. After 7 days or once a product is opened returns will not be accepted! Before returning a product you must obtain a "Return Authorization" from Best Toys either by calling us or via e-mail before returning your order. If the product you ordered is defective you may return it to us within 10 days from the reciept of your order and we will replace it for the same item at no extra charge. If we are unable to replace the item we will issue you a full refund. * Warranty and return policy for Intex pool products or any other pool products: All Intex pool products or other pool products have a 90 day Intex warranty. If your pool is defective you must call Intex at 310-549-1846 and they will intruct you how you may obtain a replacement at no charge.
